It has been awhile since I wrote about these two little beans. That doesn't mean there hasn't been much to write, only that I have been too lazy to update our blog. Portia and Zelda have been getting sweeter and a bit crazier. Portia is ALWAYS asking to be naked or trying to take her clothes off. I wrestle between letting her express herself in whatever she wants to wear (or not wear) and worrying that she might be freezing or have an accident in the house. Sometimes we compromise and she goes half naked. Then we are both happy.
Zelda is a real little person now. She likes to explain the way the world works to her sister and to me and Peter. 4 is such a fun age, no more tantrums, no more diapers, no more naps. We just answer loads of questions about why the world is the way it is and do TONS of artwork. This 4 year old is heavily into drawing, gluing and anything paint related. Our afternoons get very messy.
